The protection of your data is important to us. We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your data is processed in accordance with the applicable laws, regardless of whether you provide us with your data electronically, by post or by telephone. In principle, we only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services that you would like to receive from us as an interested party, donor, e-newsletter subscriber or competitor.


In any case, personal data will only be processed in accordance with the statutory provisions. The non-profit organization UP-Umwelt Plattform is subject to Swiss law. This also applies to data protection. Our offer is aimed exclusively at persons in Switzerland, which is why EU law, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation, is not applicable.

IV - Cookies | Tracking and other technologies in connection with the use of our website

We generally use "cookies" on our websites to identify your browser or device. V- Secure data transmission

Personal data that you provide to us via the forms on the website is transmitted to us in encrypted form via a secure connection. The security procedure used (SSL-Secure Sockets Layer) corresponds to the usual state of the art.

VI - Advertising

On this website, service providers such as Google collect and store information about the surfing behaviour of website visitors on the basis of "WebBugs" for marketing purposes and for the continuous improvement of the offer. The service providers analyze the surfing behavior and can then display targeted product recommendations as personalized advertising banners on other websites. Under no circumstances can this data be used to personally identify visitors to this website. The data collected is used to improve the offer. It is not used for any other purpose.

VII - Liability for links

The Verein Umwelt Plattform or GreenUp hereby expressly declares that no illegal content was recognizable on the linked pages at the time the links were created. The author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design, content or authorship of the linked pages. Therefore, the author hereby expressly distances himself from all contents of all linked pages that were changed after the link was created. This statement applies to all links and references set within the author's own website. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and in particular for damages resulting from the use or non-use of such information, only the provider of the page to which reference is made is liable, not the person who merely refers to the respective publication via links.
