Saving food can be so simple and delicious!
Together with other food-saving teams, we are organizing a vegetable fermentation workshop at the Markhalle.
You will not only learn how to easily preserve vegetables, but also why fermented products are so good for your health and how important food saving is for our environment. Bring your own jar!
